Daekyo D&S Acquires 'Mummy' Platform, #1 Reservation for Sports Complex

Daekyo Group's golf and leisure operating company, Daekyo D&S, announced the acquisition of MEMER.D, the No. 1 platform startup for reservations for all sports venues.

Founded in 2015, MEMER.D operates Rocco Futsal, a brand specializing in futsal stadiums and the No. 1 comprehensive sports stadium reservation platform, and is a startup that operates the futsal community "Everyone's Futsal" with 290,000 members nationwide.

In particular, the Futsal-only comprehensive sports stadium reservation platform "I Am Ground" has more than 110,000 annual transactions and is overwhelmingly recognized by Monday active users (MAU) in the Futsal stadium reservation platform market, which has a population of nearly 100,000.

Through this acquisition, we plan to strengthen the competitiveness of our golf courses and hotels and expand the foundation of our leisure business infrastructure by utilizing high-quality customer DBs using MEMER.D.
