Dr. Kang began to kake his official duties as the 14th President of Korea Scout Association

Young Joong Kang began to take his official duties
as the new 14th President of Korea Scout Association
by attending the inaugural ceremony at the Yoeido KSA HQs. on March 14th, 2008.

Newly appointed President Kang has been involved with the Korea’s Scout’s movement since 2003 as a leader then became a council member followed by Deputy President prior to his new presidency
