Daekyo’s “Noonnoppi”: Named Korea’s Top Brand for 7 Years in a Row
Since its establishment in 1975 under the motto “Noonnoppoi Love, Noonnoppi Education,” Daekyo has been pioneering innovative education programs based on its unique learning system called “Noonnoppi.”
One of Noonoppi ‘s strengths is its system of enabling students to strengthen their basic abilities, since they are advised to learn according to their levels and abilities regardless of their academic level. The system is a highly customized, ability-based learning program that considers only the individual student’s current level of achievement. Noonnoppi provides comprehensive, one-on-one achievement management and consultation, a first in the industry by grouping its teachers into two specialties: math and language.
Daekyo also successfully launched its global brand “E-nopi.”
Currently, the company operates in the USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, England, Japan, the Philippines, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc., through its foreign subsidiaries or franchised companies.
Building on the strength of its Noonnoppi brand, Daekyo plans to increase the number of its members to 3.3 million and post total annual sales of KRW 1.3 trillion.
The company also actively fulfills its social responsibilities. In particular, Daekyo joined the One-Percent Club initiated by the Confederation of Korean Industries in 2001 wherein club members donate one percent of their ordinary profit. The company also founded the Daekyo Culture Foundation, which supports various scholarship programs, education support programs, and literature activities.
