Senior life solutions company Daekyo Newif announced on the 11th that it has released the "Daily Training Integrated Cognitive Workbook" series, designed to help improve cognitive function and enhance emotional stability for seniors.

The "Daily Training Integrated Cognitive Workbook" is structured around four key areas?emotion, cognition, memory, and language?with a focus on promoting brain health in seniors. It is optimized as instructional material for institutions such as daycare centers, nursing homes, and senior welfare centers.

This newly released workbook is based on the latest theories in cognitive intervention and emotional stimulation, and includes:

Cognitive Training, focusing on attention, reasoning, and spatial-temporal abilities, Memory Training, covering memory registration, recall, emotional memory, and associative memory, Language Training, centered around language ability and reading aloud, Emotional Training, utilizing emotional transcription, stimulation, and coloring activities.

Each session concludes with a “Daily Journal” activity, providing seniors with an opportunity to express emotions and reconstruct memories, promoting self-reflection and positive thinking as part of emotional care.

Lessons begin with the “Quote of the Week”, followed by emotional stimulation, integrated training, and journaling. This structure is designed to increase engagement and satisfaction, while supporting active brain use and maintaining emotional well-being.

The workbook series is published monthly, with six sessions per book. A total of 12 volumes will be released this year, with 48 volumes planned by the end of next year. Workbooks are available for purchase and consultation through the official Daekyo Newif online store.

A Daekyo Newif representative stated, “This workbook was developed for seniors with mild cognitive impairment, suspected cognitive decline, or frailty, making it easy to use across a wide range of cognitive levels. It offers cognitive enhancement and emotional healing for seniors, convenience and fulfillment for instructors, and structured, professional programming for institutions. We hope for your strong interest.”
